Package was empty. Ordered many times before and this a first but envelope not sealed….contacted the company who immediately rectified the issue. It may well be a Royal Mail issue? Regardless of this mishap, I wouldn’t order the coffee if it wasn’t excellent and hey, mistakes happen. It’s how you respond that counts. Can’t fault the service or the speed of replacement. That’s how you get 5 stars when things go wrong! Ethiopian blend first rate.

I’ve had an on/off love affair with my Sage coffee machine for a couple of years now. At one point Aidy even kindly ran a test and gave me a few tips on the machine. As I initially thought, no problem with the machine, just the dope operating it! Anyway decided a few months back to plug it back in and brought some beans from Sainsburys. Chilled out with trying to extract what I thought was the perfect coffee and tbh the coffee wasn’t too bad!? With the new courage I had found I went onto 47’ website and ordered the Colombian beans that I had enjoyed the most previously and received the double pack just a few days later. Wow no comparison with shop brought! Dialed in within a couple of attempts, enjoyed every brew after! Can’t rate the beans enough! I’m really lucky having 47’ just down the road but when pushed for time, the online postal service works a dream! Doing a Top job Aidy 👏🏼
