ABOUT US
Hi there,
I’m Aidy the chap in the above photo.
I set up 47 degrees coffee in 2017, after I got made redundant and made the decision that I didn’t fancy working in a factory again!
I also fancied working for myself and with no real idea what to do at the time, somehow fell into coffee.
My objectives were, and still are quite simply, to produce a great tasting product at a fair price, made with love and offer great customer service.
Move forward to today, and I’m now the proud winner of 22 Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food (That's a big thing in the fine food & drink world), my coffees even had a mention in the Times Newspaper and I'm now totally addicted to the stuff.
I offer a range of award-winning coffees from around the world and roast them in small batches to ensure the coffee you buy is at its peak of freshness when it reaches you.
Thank you in advance for any order you place and hopefully you will enjoy the coffee as much as I enjoy roasting it for you. We also have a great selection of Gifts, ideal for birthdays, Christmas or just as a little treat.
If you have any questions, feel free to give me a bell and I will try my best to help you out.
Cheers
Aidy
Why 47 degrees Coffee, you ask?
Did you know most of the world’s coffee is grown between the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn? This 47⁰ strip stretches 23.5⁰ north and south of the equator and covers the America’s, Africa, Arabia, Southern Asia and the Pacific islands. it is known by coffee lovers as the bean belt and it's where we source our coffee.
