The coffee is honey processed; this is where some of the mucilage (honey) is left on the bean when it’s sent to dry to produce a bean that has a greater sweetness than traditionally dried beans, that are fully washed using a mechanical roller to remove all the skin and pulp.
Expect this great tasting coffee to deliver hazelnut, cherry and brown sugar.
When it’s roasted, you will always find it in the grinder at the roastery.
