Our premium roasted coffee beans will be ready soon!
Well, it’s taken an awful amount of to-ing and fro-ing to get to this stage, but 47 Degrees Coffee (and our premium roasted coffee beans) have finally moved into new premises right on the Nottingham, Derbyshire border.
We’ve been super busy at work in 47 Degrees HQ setting up our brew station and working closely with our bean suppliers to select some of the best coffee beans to buy around. Hopefully, over the next few weeks, we can ready a few batches for trial, be it our own special blends, or some really great single origin, fresh coffee beans delivered to our customers (which can be ordered online).
We’ve had some very interesting conversations with coffee experts over the world recently and we’re hoping to get these beans on our shelves ASAP.
There will be a fair bit of experimentation (as always with coffee – hey, it’s a science!) before we get them to our customers, but we’re totally convinced the wait will be worth it.
The finest coffee sourced
47 Degrees coffee source and roast some of the finest, freshly harvested, premium coffees from around the globe.
All the premium roasted coffee beans we sell are provided with extensive information on the farm, location, altitude, country of origin, types of coffee varieties and processing methods.
Our fantastic coffee machine has traversed between a few locations, but the new premises are absolutely perfect for us. With all the ‘plumbing’ and wiring now going in, the big machine turn on is imminent. To say we’ve been highly anticipating this day to arrive is to underestimate it slightly!
We will be providing instructions on how each of our coffees can be consumed, be it pour over, espresso or cafetiere with associated guides. We’ll also provide you with an easy to use system so you can buy our whole beans (or pre ground) online.
We firmly believe coffee (that’s good coffee!) can be drunk via any method you like.
And for all you ale and coffee obsessives, we’re also looking at a collaboration with a local beer brewing company to develop a coffee infused porter. Exciting stuff!
Keep an eye out for updates over the next few weeks as the coffee starts to take shape. If we can figure out the tech to add aromas to our website, you can be sure we’d be right on it.
So, if you’re a huge coffee fan already (or you want to try something a bit more special than the chains and supermarkets) and like to buy and source local, get in touch with us. We’re always happy to chat!
